Abstract:		 In July 2010 a watching brief was undertaken on the construction of an extension to 14 Redwood Glade, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The work was required because of the development's proximity to two Bronze Age barrows, both scheduled ancient monuments. No archaeological features, deposits or artefacts were revealed during the watching brief, and it appears that the area was probably truncated by landscaping during the construction of the present estate in the 1960s or 1970s.
