Abstract:		 Archaeological Research Services Ltd was commissioned by Northumberland Estates to produce a Heritage Statement and Impact Assessment in relation to a proposed development at Greensfield Farm, Alnwick, Northumberland. There are four Grade II Listed Buildings within close proximity to the proposed development area (PDA): 'Greensfield Farmhouse with attached wall to north' (NHLE 1042020), 'Farm buildings with attached walls southwest of Greensfield Farmhouse' (NHLE 1371049), a 'Shelter Shed 30 Metres South of Greensfield Farmhouse' (NHLE 1042021) and 'Outbuilding range to [south] of Greensfield Farmhouse' (NHLE 1051081). The proposed development will consist of the erection of a new-built 2-storey, four bedroomed cottage with associated parking and alterations to the existing site boundary.
