Abstract: |
A fluxgate gradiometer survey was carried out in advance of the proposed creation of new fishing lakes and associated landscaping. Some anomalies of possible archaeological origin were identified, including possible pits and linear features. However, these features were described as 'ephemeral' and it is advised that any interpretation at this stage be treated with caution. Traces of former ploughing were also observed. |
