Abstract: |
In June 2020, Cotswold Archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation on the southern parcel (Phase 2) of land to the east of Sams Lane, Blunsdon, Swindon, Wiltshire. A total of 14 trenches were excavated. The evaluation identified an undated ditch and agricultural furrows of probable medieval or post-medieval date. Residual finds of prehistoric flint and Anglo-Saxon and medieval pottery were recovered from later deposits. |
