Abstract:		 Watching brief monitoring the area to be developed for a single dwelling, topsoil of proposed area was stripped by mechanical digger using a flat edged 2m wide bucket. Nothing of any archaeological significance was uncovered with the exception of a small rubble drain, likely to be late 19th or early 20th century in date containing red brick and stone.
