Abstract: |
This report presents the findings of an archaeological desk-based assessment for the site at 18-26 Johnson Street, Sheffield centred on National Grid Reference SK 35689 8804. It has been prepared to assess the potential impacts, if any, arising from proposed development of the area The historical study revealed a microcosm of Sheffield life in the 19th Century, although the site today holds little potential for any significant archaeological interest. |
