Abstract:		 Wessex Archaeology was commissioned by Swindon Borough Council to undertake an Archaeological Evaluation of a 0.25 ha parcel of land located in South Marston Primary School, Old Vicarage Lane, South Marston, Swindon, SN3 4SH. The evaluation consisted of a single 25 m long trial trench excavated down to the natural geology. No archaeological features or deposits were identified within the trench.
