Abstract:		 An archaeological trench evaluation was undertaken at a proposed extension to Stover Golf Club by AC archaeology during September 2017. The site is located north of Newton Abbot, Devon. Two archaeological features were revealed in the evaluation trenches. A drainage ditch known from historic mapping which was still visible as a surface feature and a previously unrecorded post-medieval clay quarry pit. The remaining trenches did not contain any archaeological features or deposits.
