Abstract:		 Between May 29th and June 18th 2014 an archaeological evaluation was undertaken on a site at Deepdale, Lane, Boston Spa, West Yorkshire (NGR 4226 4622, Figure 1). The works were undertaken on behalf of Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, and followed a brief prepared by the West Yorkshire Archaeology Advisory Service (WYAAS) on behalf of Leeds City Council. Prehistoric and Roman settlement remains were present.
