Abstract:		 A watching brief monitoring of strip foundation excavations where they extended outside and beyond the footprint of the recently demolished former rear range of the building. A visual inspection was made of the strip foundations excavated within the footprint of the former building. No archaeological deposits, structures or artefacts were encountered during the watching brief.
