AB Heritage Limited has been commissioned to cover the proposed development at 108 Peckham High Street. This assessment has reviewed all of the known cultural heritage features within a 200m study area around the proposed development site in order to gain an understanding of the potential for the survival of archaeological features within the site boundary.

AB Heritage was commissioned to produce a Heritage Statement for the proposed development at the Grade II listed 115 Willifield Way, Barnet, London.

A Statement of Significance to cover a proposed development at the Grade II Listed building 128 and 130 Taunton Road, Bridgwater. The report was commissioned to establish the historical development and heritage significance of the house to assist the clients design team in better understanding the historic environment in relation to their emerging designs for alterations to the house and its grounds.

AB Heritage Limited was commissioned to produce an Archaeological Assessment ahead of construction works for a new basement beneath the existing building of 14 Holywell Row, Hackney, London. It has been concluded that there is a medium potential for surviving archaeological features to be present within the site which date to the medieval and / or post medieval, and low - medium potential for the presence of such features of all other dates. These features may relate to a former Georgian building at 14 Holywell Row, or features relating to the APA in which the site is located.

An Historic Environment Desk Based Assessment and Heritage Statement to support the Planning Application for the construction of a new, block of studio flats and associated amenities and parking at 18 Agard Street, Derby. This report includes a description of the baseline conditions; an examination of readily available documentary, cartographic and known archaeological evidence; and identifies any known and potential cultural heritage receptor(s) within the application site and its surrounding area. It proposes a suitable mitigation strategy for archaeology and heritage, where such works are deemed appropriate. This report also contains consideration of the heritage setting and importance of designated and non-designated heritage assets within the study area of Number 18 Agard Street, as well as an assessment of the impact the proposed development would have on those assets, including the Friar Gate Conservation Area.

This Heritage Statement (Statement of Significance), covers a proposed development at the Grade II listed farm at 20 South Street, Crewkerne. This document established the historic development and heritage significance of the site and its listed buildings, to form the basis from which design options for internal alterations to the farmhouse, the conversion of the barns and the construction of a new build dwelling at the rear of the site, could be proposed.

An archaeological desk-based assessment was carried out by AB Heritage on land at 214 Lambeth Road, Lambeth, London.The proposed development site is currently occupied by an old rectory building, which is Grade II Listed. Based on the known historical development of the proposed development site and surrounding study area his is likely to take the form of remains associated with former building on the site, which may have included the site of the pound of the Lambeth Manor (now Lambeth Palace). There is also the potential for the recovery of features of all other dates, including other features relating to the development of the land surrounding Lambeth Palace. With regard to the below ground archaeological resource it is proposed that an archaeological evaluation is undertaken in advance of proposed development.

This report has been prepared by AB Heritage on behalf of HWJ Developments Limited in support of proposals regarding 28 Ryecroft Road. 28 Ryecroft Road is an inter-war detached house. It is not listed or locally listed, but is within Norwood Grove Conservation Area. The proposals are for structural repairs and other renovation work, plus side and rear extensions. This heritage statement provides an assessment of the impact that the proposed development would have on the special character and appearance of the conservation area.

AB Heritage was commissioned to produce a Heritage Statement including an inspection of a third floor interior wall at the Grade I Listed 4 Staple Inn, Holborn, London, in order to determine the approximate age and construction of the third floor interior wall and therefore inform upon whether the wall constitutes significant historic fabric and to guide the decision making process of the client in relation to whether to progress with further works. It was established that the wall has modern origins. Overall, the setting is thought to contribute positively towards the significance of Staple Inn but to a minor degree. The significance of No. 4 Staple Inn, as a part of the overall Grade I listed Staple Inn structure, is thought to mostly relate to the evidential, illustrative historic, aesthetic and communal values of the building.

AB Heritage was commissioned to produce a Historic Environment Desk-Based Assessment covering a proposed development at 40 Ambleside Avenue, Lambeth, London. The potential for the survival of complex deposits dating to any period is thought to be Low. Predicted impacts are thought to be of low magnitude and the overall significance of effect is considered to be minor.
