Piecing together the Big Picture

5.vi.98

RCAHMS in Edinburgh

This workshop, run by the Scottish Group of the IFA, hopes to address the theme of the problems of placing results from small urban archaeological projects within a wider scale research framework, and whether a wider research framework is possible at all given the constraints of modern planning regulations. It will feature head to head dialogues between planners, historians and archaeologists, which should provide lively debate.
