Anti-tank wall, with loopholes. A stone built wall 6ft wide and 9ft deep, of which 4ft is now below ground. It provides a significant barrier along some 50yds of the west highway approach to the railway bridge, on its S side. The wall is provided with loopholes, set alternatively high and low into wall.
