Hexagonal pillbox with what appears to be an open central LAA chamber.

Type 27 hexagonal pillbox with anti-aircraft pit in the centre. Unusual design in the form of an 'uncoiling hexagon', with one extended side creating the space for an entrance. The embrasures and entrance have been bricked up. The pillbox is shown on the Landranger 1:50,000 sheet. [with plan drawn on form].
