Pillbox 10, according to documentary evidence. No trace today. On a natural shelf among the granite outcrops SW of the Lifeboat Station, the recorder found a small level concrete platform, approx. 1.5m x 0.8m, with a small hole at the centre, about 3cm diameter. This may well be a gun position which is described on a Royal Fusiliers contemporary map as 'Pillbox 10'.
