Neo-Georgian two-storey office block with basement. Flat reinforced concrete roof behind brick parapet. Underground protected HQ accessed by tunnel and stairs from ladies toilet - consists of four parallel tunnels linked by eight galleries containing nineteen rooms.

Neo-classical brick building, with parapet, now extended by extra storey. Other buildings of the 1990s now occupy the site - the Command HQ is used as offices. Shelters below the building are for air raid protection.
