Anti-tank ditch running W-E across Bawdsey Marshes, connecting with exisiting drains. This earthwork does not show on 1941 aerial photographs, so must have been dug at some time between 1942-1944. It was still there in 1952.

Anti-tank ditch, with a lenth of anti-tank scaffolding at the eastern end. The scaffolding had been removed by October 1945, and by 1965 only a faint trace of the ditch remained.
