Type 24 pillbox variant, for housing light machine gun. Thick walled type with larger embrasure than normal at front. Steel visor still in place. Covers 'The Drift' from the S.

Type 22 [sic] pillbox with one enlarged embrasure facing the road - the others of standard side. A hinged metal shutter mounted on the roof surface above the large embrasure is still present and appears in good repair.
