Concrete pillbox - faces SW. Corrugated iron used as shuttering on outside and inside walls. Short sheets used, two sheets high; narrow sheets for above embrasures. Step beside NW wall. Planks used as shuttering for roof.

Type 24 pillbox with 5 small-arms embrasures. Cast into corrugated iron shuttering [most unusual for this Surrey area where brick shuttering is the norm]. Very good condition, although the interior cannot be examined owing to land slippage towards the entrance

Detail: The entrance to the pillbox is half buried by soil movement.
