Abstract: |
An archaeological investigatio nconsisting of two evaluation trenches and the photographic recording of an old barn building. One of the trenches next to the old barn revealed no archaeological features. The second trench which excavated the remains of the tumbled southwest corner of Bradshaw Hall revealed the bottom course of the south wall of the earlier Stafford Hall and a large quantity of post-medieval pottery asssociated with the final stages of use of the Stafford Hall site. |
