Abstract: |
A Level 3 building survey was undertaken of the former YMCA building prior to the proposed conversion to residential. Part of the development area consists of an early 18th century house with possible warehouse constructed for James Milham c.1713. it comprises a main range and two projecting wings and the whole house was extensively altered in the early 20th century. |
