Abstract: |
Features and artefacts of Roman date were revealed during the evaluation. An area of 100m x 40m was identified as being that in which archaeological deposits could be expected to have survived. Within the defined area, any disturbance to levels deeper than 350 - 500mm below present ground surface would be likely to affect buried archaeological remains.[Au] |
