Abstract: |
Gradiometer and resistance survey in four areas located several anomalies of possible interest which were targeted for excavation. However, in all areas natural geological and topographic variations are clearly apparent in the data. These facts, together with the limited size of the survey areas, makes an archaeological interpretation for some of the anomalies tentative. However, it is possible that the south-western limits of Medieval Plympton have been detected by the geophysical survey. |
