Digital Object Identifiers

Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) are persistent identifiers which can be used to consistently and accurately reference digital objects and/or content. The DOIs provide a way for the ADS resources to be cited in a similar fashion to traditional scholarly materials. More information on DOIs at the ADS can be found on our help page.

Survey images

The images created for each survey are too large to offer as downloads. The images resulting from the survey carried out by the Remora 200 submarine on October 11 2008 total 2.9 Gb. They are available on request on DVD. A small cost may need to be charged to cover media and postage. Please contact us for more information or to order raw data from this project. Any data ordered in this way is subject to the standard terms of use and access to ADS resources which you have agreed to in order to get to this page (defined within the Copyright and Liability Statement and AHDS Common Access Agreement). Samples of the images are available here, with the navigation data embedded in the User comment field of the EXIF metadata, as documented in the misson report (Deliverable 6.5) and Deliverable 4.3 (see Reports).
