Abstract:
The burials from these sites reveal different aspects of the Early Bronze Age. Upper Kenly and Belliston each contained a Food Vessel. Three cists at Dalgety Bay contained human remains: a young male in Cist 1 had survived an amputation of his lower leg; the burial in Cist 2 was accompanied by a bronze dagger; that in Cist 3 has been placed on a bed of bracken and covered with meadowsweet flowers.
