Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report |
This is now interpreted as one of the series of late 6th/7th century cemeteries associated with the consolidation of Jutish settlement in Kent, as a result of new work on skeletal material and artefacts found 1848-1922. The absence of rich finds is attributed to systematic grave-robbing rather than poverty and low status. F B | ||||
