The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Summary of research carried out by the Project between 2005 and 2007. The project's main focus continued to be the excavation of a large portion of the Middle to Late Saxon cemetery and settlement on Boneyard Field; in addition, field survey and excavation were undertaken on the site of a Roman farmstead located in the south of the parish. In 2007, field survey and trial trenching in Chalkpit Field, immediately south of the Boneyard excavations, uncovered substantial further evidence for the Middle to Late Saxon settlement.
