Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out during the construction of a dwelling. Archaeological features identified during the work included a stone surface, a short length of stone wall foundation, a post hole, a pit and a large burnt feature, possibly a kiln or an oven. The only finds recovered were three sherds of late 15th to 16th century pottery associated with the stone surface. [Au(adp)] |
