Abstract: |
<summary>An archaeological assessment was undertaken of Hinds Mill. The work comprised an examination of published and unpublished maps with a Level III architectural survey. There are enough architectural anomalies which are inconsistent with a late 18th century logwood mill for it to be inferred that there was an earlier water-powered mill. Further investigation is recommended upon demolition. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
