Abstract: |
Desk based assessment and field appraisal were undertaken on the site of a proposed golf course. Lithic evidence indicated some prehistoric activity. It was recommended that fieldwalking be carried out, once the crop had been removed. Two farm sites were identified, one of at least the 17th century, and the other of 18th century date. It was stated that any alterations to them may require archaeological survey. [Au(abr)] |
