Abstract: |
The evaluation excavation was undertaken across the presumed course of the Plymouth Leat adjoining the site of a new development. The feature exposed in the excavation was almost certainly part of Plymouth Leat, but in a form previously unrecorded. Particularly remarkable was its unusually narrow width coupled with its considerably greater depth than had been seen elsewhere. [Au(abr)] |
