Abstract: |
An evaluation consisting of a single test pit was undertaken on the site which lay in close proximity to known Roman remains within INSULA XVII, namely the 'Dyer Street House', and the 'Marine Pavement' mosaic. Evidence was encountered of post-medieval rubble dumping, but no earlier features were encountered. [AIP] |
