Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment in advance of a proposed redevelopment of the site showed that prehistoric activity had been recorded in the past, and was a further possibility in areas adjacent to the River Calder and on higher land to the south. Medieval and post-medieval industrial deposits were thought to survive in a well-preserved state. [Au(abr)] |
