Abstract: |
The assessment concluded that from the available data on the site that any archaeological remains were likely to have dated to the period after c. 1800. This did not, however, preclude the existence of previously unrecorded Roman material within the site. The site included the foundations of an early example of a Devon metal foundry, dating from c.1805. [AIP] |
