Abstract: |
The results of the assessment indicated that a large part of Stanley Park had been subject to a limited amount of development, although there was some potential for archaeological remains to have survived. Various parts of the site should be inspected to gauge the extent of elements of the park visible on the surface and a geophysical survey should be carried out to attempt to identify other, earlier remains.
