Abstract: |
<summary>Trenches were excavated across crop mark features situated on land lying on the route of a proposed by-pass. A number of features were revealed which related to the approximate projected position of the crop marks, although these were represented inconsistently from one trench to another. It was noted that this might result from plough damage and/or heavy leaching removing darker organic material. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} 1247 |
