Abstract:		 A preliminary archaeological assessment was undertaken in advance of a proposed residential development with areas of landscaping. The archaeological potential for the site, based on the known archaeology of the surrounding area, was considered to be moderate to uncertain. The site had undergone significant disturbance and contamination, partially due to the two phases of landfill areas in the site. This would have significantly affected the survival of any potential archaeological remains. [AIP]
