Abstract: |
The watching brief showed no evidence for archaeology pre-dating the early medieval period. Evidence dating to the late 10th to early 11th century was found in situ within a layer or possible pit. Pits and layers dating to the late medieval and post-medieval periods were evident with residual finds recovered from features of a later date. [Au(abr)] |
