Abstract: |
The proposed development was adjacent to, and may have impacted upon, a prehistoric enclosure. The lodge itself was a Grade II Listed Building. The building of the lodge may have destroyed partially or wholly the enclosure bank at this location. The lodge and garden were in a state of dilapidation. The recommendation was to record the extant lodge and garden and to record the survival of the Iron Age enclosure bank and/or any internal features that may have been affected. [Au(abr)] |
