Abstract:
Evaluation trenching 50 metres west of Manhood Community College, School Lane, Selsey was conducted ahead of the construction of a sports and leisure centre with adjacent parking. Only a few fragments of re-deposited prehistoric and medieval pottery, together with a greater quantity of post-medieval material were recovered. There was evidence of root intrusion and a number of probably modern stake-holes. [Au]
