Abstract: |
Piling and ring beam construction at the site of St. Gregory's Priory, Canterbury, left largely unaffected the known archaeological remains in the southern region of the foundation cuttings. Where certain elements of historical interest were revealed, they were swiftly recorded with no interference to the construction work programme, and the resulting impact on the archaeological material was minimal.
