Abstract: |
During the course of the assessment a number of features within the study area were recorded. The features comprised a mica drag, settling tanks and launder, a building (possibly a mill) and surrounding settlement with associated features. Features with a direct association with the river were also observed including; footbridges, pipes, sluices, aqueducts and leats. Other features included tramways, an adit, a china clay waste dump and two possible shafts.[Au(abr)] |
