Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation, consisting of the excavation of three trial trenches, was undertaken in respect of a planning application for the construction of residential units. The evaluation revealed an area of medieval field systems defined by ditches dating from the 11th to early 13th centuries, and an ancient stream channel. The date of the latter could not be determined. [Au(adp)] |
