Abstract:		 Following the desk top assessment of proposed gravel extraction and recreational development an archaeological evaluation comprising 15 machine excavated trenches was undertaken. The work revealed archaeological features containing Neolithic Ebbsfleet pottery (3000-2400BC) as well as prehistoric worked flint and pottery. [AIP]
