Abstract: |
The assessments show that there is little potential for unknown features to be present within the site. However, the presence of crop mark anomalies, coupled with the proximity of other crop marks and the Roman Road. Accordingly, the applicant would appoint an appropriately qualified archaeologist to oversee the soil stripping operations as part of a watching brief agreed beforehand with the County Archaeologist.
