Abstract: |
A total of 33 archaeological sites of local importance were identified within the area. These included the former courses of the River Allen, a quay, a leat marking the former line of the River Kestle, a number of historic buildings within Sladesbridge, and two bridges over the River Kestle. Kestle Mill, remains of the North Cornwall Railway, trackways, quarries and six field boundaries were also identified. [Au(abr)] |
