Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out on the groundworks for the re-surfacing of The Rope Walk. The name 'Rope Walk' suggested maritime activity, although no physical evidence had been reported to date. No archaeological features were observed in the strip due to the shallow level of intervention. [Au(abr)] |
