Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief accompanying the reordering of the nave at St Giles' Church, recorded the locations and details of the 12th century nave foundations and those of the former 13th century aisles. In addition numerous burials and previous major floor alterations were recorded which allowed detailed predictions regarding overall patterns of survival across the existing nave and aisles. [Au] |
