Abstract: |
The assessment recorded a Roman ditch and associated finds which had been noted in a recent excavation, while early Bronze Age flints and Iron Age pottery were also noted, implying a possible activity area close by. Ridge and furrow indicated that the area was also situated in the medieval open fields of Desford. [Au(adp)] |
