Abstract: |
Limited archaeological deposits were estimated to have survived on the site, particularly within the rear of the property around and beneath the former St. Catherine's chapel. The archaeological deposits likely to be present comprised post-medieval foundations and garden soils, possible fragments of the Civil War ditch and possible remains of the medieval drainage system running from 20 Queen Street.
